Ingredients
- 1 Parchment paper

- 5 tbsp Kaba strawberry e.g. Edeka
- 200 g Cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 9 sheet Gelatin
Instructions
- Beat eggs, water and sugar for 10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in the cornstarch and flour.
- 4 Line the square tray with baking paper, spread the dough on top and bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
- Then peel off the paper and brush with elderberry jelly.
- Brush the glass bowl with butter.
- Cut the Swiss roll into slices, line a glass bowl with it.
- Cream: Mix the mascarpone, cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice well (no lumps)
- Stir in the strawberry kaba, add sugar

- Adjust the gelatine, stir into the cream.
