Ingredients
 

  • 1 Parchment paper
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Cold water
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 50 g Food starch
  • 100 g Sifted flour
  • 1 glass Elder jelly
  • 1 Glass bowl
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 400 g Yogurt 1.5%
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp Kaba strawberry e.g. Edeka
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 9 sheet Gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs, water and sugar for 10 minutes until frothy.
  • Mix in the cornstarch and flour.
  • 4 Line the square tray with baking paper, spread the dough on top and bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
  • Then peel off the paper and brush with elderberry jelly.
  • Brush the glass bowl with butter.
  • Cut the Swiss roll into slices, line a glass bowl with it.
  • Cream: Mix the mascarpone, cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice well (no lumps)
  • Stir in the strawberry kaba, add sugar
  • Soak the gelatine & let it swell for 10 minutes, then dissolve over a water bath.
  • Whip the cream, vanilla sugar & heavy cream until stiff.
  • Adjust the gelatine, stir into the cream.
  • Fold in the cream in portions, then pour the cream into the glass dish. It is best to let it cool overnight.
  • In the morning the Charlotte can be overthrown.
  • Notice. With the Kaba, only the powder is stirred in. It's all about the taste.
