Biscuit Crumbs – Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce

  • 350 ml Milk
  • 200 g Ice powder for milk ice cream
  • 6 Chocolate biscuit
  • 40 ml Chocolate sauce


  • Put the milk with the ice powder in a large container. Carefully stir with the mixer on the lowest level for about 1 minute, then whip on the highest level for 2 minutes until creamy.
  • Chop the chocolate biscuits and fold in carefully and carefully.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture into a suitable frozen container, add the chocolate sauce and pull through with a fork. Freeze covered at -18 degrees for about 5-8 hours
