Ingredients
- 6 piece Eggs
- 5 tbsp Brown sugar
- 150 ml Vegetable milk
- 100 g Spelt flour or wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 g Gluten free flour
- 1 tsp Weinsteinpach powder or baking soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- Coconut oil for frying
Instructions
- Separate the eggs, beat the yolks with the sugar until frothy, then gradually add the other ingredients. The dough shouldn't be too thin, just give it a try, because I used wholemeal spelled flour and the dough also got a little thicker.
- Beat the egg whites into snow and fold into the batter. Then separate the dough and stir in the cocoa in one half.
- Now bring the waffle iron on tour and gradually bake the waffles, placing the dough differently on the lower part of the waffle iron.
- Whipped cream can be whipped with the waffles and enjoyed with sugared strawberries
