Ingredients

  • 6 piece Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 150 ml Vegetable milk
  • 100 g Spelt flour or wholemeal spelt flour
  • 100 g Gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp Weinsteinpach powder or baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • Coconut oil for frying

Instructions

  • Separate the eggs, beat the yolks with the sugar until frothy, then gradually add the other ingredients. The dough shouldn't be too thin, just give it a try, because I used wholemeal spelled flour and the dough also got a little thicker.
  • Beat the egg whites into snow and fold into the batter. Then separate the dough and stir in the cocoa in one half.
  • Now bring the waffle iron on tour and gradually bake the waffles, placing the dough differently on the lower part of the waffle iron.
  • Whipped cream can be whipped with the waffles and enjoyed with sugared strawberries
