Black Forest schnitzel with french fries

  • 2 Pork schnitzel
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Discs Black Forest ham
  • 2 Discs Mountain cheese to taste
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 Bag (750 g) Frozen fries
  • Rapeseed oil to taste

  • Wash the pork schnitzel, pat dry with a paper towel. Halve these and season with salt and gourmet pepper. Take a pan and heat rapeseed oil in it. Fry the seasoned, halved schnitzel briefly on both sides.
  • Then take out and place on a plate. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. First wrap the fried schnitzel with the Black Forest ham. Then put the tomato slices on top. Season / sprinkle again with salt and gourmet pepper.
  • Preheat a hot air fryer and then add the frozen fries. Now that the tomato slices are on top, add the mountain cheese to taste. Now put everything back into the pan, put the stove on medium temperature and let it fry for about 5 minutes.
  • When the cheese has melted, the fries are done too. Put everything on a flat plate and serve immediately.
