Ingredients

  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 300 g Black pudding in the ring
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 piece Apple here a Fuji
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the onion. In a pan with the coconut oil - of course this can be replaced with other fat or oil, I like to use coconut oil. Remove the skin from the blood sausage ring and cut it as you like, I cut it into slices. When the onions are slightly tempered, add the sausage, season with marjoram and stew with the lid closed for about 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, wash the apple, cut in half, quarter, core and cut into pieces, how big is up to you, add this and let it steam with the lid closed, then stir the black pudding with the apple wedges well and possibly with Salt and pepper adM to taste. I didn't have to season much as the black pudding was flavorful.
  • I also had boiled potatoes that I cook in a pressure cooker, it works faster. And I also made a raw vegetable salad in my Thermomix.
