Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower rice is the perfect side dish if you want to eat a low-carb diet. Plus, the vegetable provides additional vitamins and fiber that stimulate your digestion and support your immune system.

Ingredients For 4 People

You will need:

  • 1 piece
  • Cauliflower
  • 1 TSP. linseed oil
  • 1 TSP. lime or lemon juice
  • 1 TSP. The chopped 8-herb mixture from the freezer
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of Pepper

Preparation

  • Cauliflower
    Divide the cauliflower into florets and chop in a stand mixer until it is about the size of a grain of rice.
  • Linseed oil, cauliflower rice. Heat the linseed oil in a non-stick pan and add the cauliflower rice. Sauté on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
  • Salt, pepper, lime or lemon juice, herbs. Season the finished cauliflower rice with salt and pepper. Finally, mix in the lime or lemon juice and fold in the herbs.
