You will need:
- 1 piece
- Cauliflower
- 1 TSP. linseed oil
- 1 TSP. lime or lemon juice
- 1 TSP. The chopped 8-herb mixture from the freezer
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
Preparation

Divide the cauliflower into florets and chop in a stand mixer until it is about the size of a grain of rice. - Linseed oil, cauliflower rice. Heat the linseed oil in a non-stick pan and add the cauliflower rice. Sauté on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
- Salt, pepper, lime or lemon juice, herbs. Season the finished cauliflower rice with salt and pepper. Finally, mix in the lime or lemon juice and fold in the herbs.
