  • sugar – 25 gr;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • milk – 240 ml
  • butter – 60 gr;
  • salt to taste;
  • banana – 2 pcs;
  • lemon juice to taste.

Mix in bowl salt, sugar, eggs, and milk, then gradually pour the flour, previously mixed with baking powder. In the last step, add the butter to the batter.

Separately prepare a mashed banana, and add a little lemon juice.

On a heated pan, portion out the batter, add the banana filling, and cover it with a small amount of batter. Bake on both sides and relish with jam, honey, or topping.
