How Many Eggs a Day and in What Form They are Healthier: Everyone Should Know

Everyone knows the fact that chicken eggs are healthy. They are rich in protein, vitamins A and B, Omega-3, and folic acid. But how often they can be eaten and what kind of eggs are healthier – fried or boiled, hard-boiled or hard-boiled?

Doctors say that if a person leads an active healthy lifestyle, the daily consumption of eggs should not cause cause cause for concern. But exactly how many eggs you can eat per day depends on several factors, such as your state of health and level of physical activity.

Those who strenuously watch their weight should keep in mind that eggs are quite caloric (157 kcal per 100 grams), and make conclusions about how much to eat, based on this.

What you definitely should not do – is eat fried eggs every day. First of all, it’s boring, and there are a lot of variants to boil eggs, so there is a wide field for experimentation. Second, the National Health Service of Great Britain called frying eggs the most harmful way of cooking – it is not the best option for the stomach.

In what form is the egg more useful – a simple explanation

The experts’ answer to the question of whether boiled or fried eggs are healthier is unequivocal. Boiled (and without salt) eggs win. Fried eggs are more caloric (the caloric value of fried eggs in vegetable oil or animal fat is much higher than that of hard-boiled eggs – 200 vs. 160 kcal per 100 grams). In addition, they are not as healthy: fried eggs in oil are a real treasure trove of cholesterol, and many vitamins and minerals are lost when fried.

And as for what kind of eggs are healthier, either soft-boiled or hard-boiled, the best cooking method is called the one when the yolk remains liquid (such as “bagged” and poached eggs). So if soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs are equally delicious for you, it is better to give preference to the first variant of cooking.
