How Sesame Oil is Useful: 3 Teaspoons a Day for Strong Blood Vessels

Sesame oil is used in cosmetology to improve skin and hair, and in cooking it is added to salads and cold dishes. The most useful is unrefined cold-pressed sesame oil.

Sesame oil – useful properties

The chemical composition of sesame oil is very diverse and useful. Useful sesame oil for the gastrointestinal tract – relieves heartburn, has an anti-inflammatory and laxative effect eliminates erosive phenomena.

Sesame oil is advised to be drunk for people with mental stress. It improves brain function, strengthens memory, strengthens the nervous system under stress, and prevents dementia. This product is a powerful antidepressant. In small amounts, the oil is useful for weight loss, because it burns fat deposits.

The harm of sesame oil

  • Like any other oil, this product is very caloric. You should not go overboard with it if you are watching your figure.
  • Sesame oil should not be drunk if you have increased blood clotting. It is also not recommended for varicose veins.
  • Sesame oil is a strong allergen, so you should be cautious about taking it for allergic people.
  • Unrefined oil can not be added to a hot meal or fried food on it.

How to use sesame oil

Adults and children over 14 years should drink sesame oil with meals 1 teaspoon two to three times a day. You can also use the oil to dress cold dishes and salads. Children under 3 years of age may add 5 drops of the oil a day to their food.
