  • Milk (you can take water) – 1 l.
  • Semolina – 6 tbsp.
  • Salt or sugar – to taste.

The process of preparing semolina is quite simple:

  • Step 1: In a saucepan, we pour the milk and on the fire bring it to a boil. It is necessary to make sure that the milk does not run away.
  • Step 2: Add the semolina and stir constantly.
  • Step 3: At the very end, add salt or sugar to taste.

If you like liquid semolina, then the number of grits should be reduced by one – a maximum of two spoons. If you like thick semolina, then add one more spoonful of grits.
