How to get rid of the smell of mold and the mold itself in one fell swoop? Use bleach. This product is sold in all hardware stores and supermarkets. Its smell is certainly acrid, but it is an excellent disinfectant and bleaches the surface.
Apply bleach to the infected area on the wall or ceiling and then rinse it off. Like with vinegar, this manipulation will need to be done several times.
Important. Always wear protective gloves and ventilate the room well when handling bleach.
How to get rid of black mold on the walls
Hydrogen peroxide will help if the mold-infested area is small. Unlike the previous two remedies, this has no odor.
Apply hydrogen peroxide for 10-15 minutes. Then wipe the infested area with a brush, scraper, or just a cloth. Rinse with clean water.
