New Year’s Eve sandwiches are not only a quick way to satisfy hunger, but also a real salvation for cooks. They can serve as a snack between meals, as an appetizer, or even as a table decoration.

  • black olives – 1 pack;

  • cucumber – 1 pc;
  • melted cheese – 150 g;
  • eggs – 2 units;
  • mustard;
  • mayonnaise.

Grate boiled eggs and cheese on a grater and mix. In a salad bowl add mayonnaise and mustard, and mix again. Cut slices of bread into triangles and sandwich them with this mixture. The resulting “tree” can be decorated with red caviar and slices of cheese or tomato.

  • baguette – 24 slices;
  • olive oil;
  • brie cheese – 300 gr;
  • ham – 24 slices;

  • salami – 100 gr;
  • cucumber – 1 pc;

Place slices of cucumber beside the salami. You can sprinkle parsley or dill on top of the sandwiches.

  • baguette or regular bread – 1 pc;
  • crab sticks – 150 g;
  • cucumber – 70 gr;
  • Melted cheese – 100 gr;
  • dill;
  • mayonnaise.
