Porridge has long been considered a necessary dish on the table, often even replacing bread, in addition, it was the only stable source of all nutrients.

Rice removes excess water and toxins from the body and may well replace meat for vegetarians. Rice porridge is indicated for those who have gastrointestinal problems, as it has a hardening effect. Buckwheat porridge

Oatmeal

Cereal, which all nutritionists recommend eating for breakfast. It contains a lot of fiber, so it flushes sugar from the blood and removes toxins. It has potassium, calcium, magnesium, iodine, fluorine, and other useful trace elements. It normalizes the digestive process. Oatmeal is necessary for those who suffer from diabetes or gout and has liver disease.

Oatmeal for breakfast is not only a guarantee of health for hair and nails but also a stable work of the thyroid gland.

Millet porridge

This cereal is practically unprocessed, so it contains intact fiber. It is recommended for regular use by people with diabetes and diseases of the cardiovascular system. It contains useful minerals: copper, magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron, and use carbohydrates. It removes toxins and heavy metals from the body. Reduces blood cholesterol levels, and cleanses blood vessels.

Manna porridge

The most controversial cereal. As a child, many of us were fed it, arguing that it is useful in terms of weight gain. In addition, it can be eaten even with rotavirus infection or poisoning, especially if boiled semolina in water, but not with milk. It has a positive effect on hair and nails and strengthens the immune system and the nervous system. But you should not use it more than twice a week.

Corn porridge

The difference between pearl and barley porridge is that the first is made from the same barley grains, only pre-processed. Pearl porridge in the multicooker is no worse than the one boiled on the stove. You can cook such groats at your discretion.
