Rice removes excess water and toxins from the body and may well replace meat for vegetarians. Rice porridge is indicated for those who have gastrointestinal problems, as it has a hardening effect. It has potassium, calcium, magnesium, iodine, fluorine, and other useful trace elements. It normalizes the digestive process. Millet porridge

It has a positive effect on hair and nails and strengthens the immune system and the nervous system. But you should not use it more than twice a week.

Corn porridge

The difference between pearl and barley porridge is that the first is made from the same barley grains, only pre-processed. Pearl porridge in the multicooker is no worse than the one boiled on the stove. You can cook such groats at your discretion.
