Many housewives prepare juice for the winter – this useful drink is loved by both adults and children for its unique properties. The composition of such juice includes a large number of minerals and substances necessary for a person.
How to make apple juice in a blender – a recipe
One of the easiest options is to use a blender instead of a juicer. You need to wash apples, cut them into slices, and put them in the blender bowl. The resulting pulp is put on a thick cloth and tied with a bag. Then place the bag on the bottom of a saucepan, and put a press on top. After half an hour, remove the press, and drain the liquid into a separate pan. You can additionally strain the juice through a sieve – then it will be less turbid.
Also with the help of a blender, you will be able to make apple juice with pulp at home.
- apples – 3 kg;
- water – 1 l;
- sugar – 300-400 gr.
Apple peels from the skin and remove the seeds. Cut the fruit into slices, and put it in an enameled saucepan. Place it on the stove, add water, boil, and boil for 20-25 minutes. Pour the broth into a blender and grind, puree transfer to a clean saucepan.
Separately, combine water and sugar, and cook syrup (400g sugar 400 ml of water). Pour the syrup over mashed apples, put on fire, and bring to a boil. Boil it for 5 minutes and let it cool. Then boil it again, pour it into jars, and close with lids.
How to make apple juice through a mincer
The second option – is the use of the usual mincer, which does an excellent job with apples – from 10 kg of apples you get 5-6 liters of juice. In order to prepare apple juice with a meat grinder, you need:
- wash the apples and cut them into pieces;
- Pass the fruit through a mincer;
- strain the resulting juice into a saucepan;
- Through a napkin or gauze, there also sieve a thick apple mass.
Then pasteurize the juice – put the pot on the fire and heat the juice as much as possible, but do not boil it. Pour the hot drink into jars and close them with lids.
How to make apple juice at home through a grater
This option is not suitable if you need to make juice in large quantities, but a few liters of miracle drink to provide yourself will turn out:
- Apples to wash, peel from the skin and seeds;
- cut in half or in four parts;
- Grate the apples on a grater with the smallest holes;
- cover a deep plate with gauze and spread the thick apple mixture on it;
- fold the gauze in the form of a sack and squeeze the juice into another container;
- discard the cake, and pour the juice into a glass.
Thus you can make fresh apple juice or make it for the winter – if you choose the second option, do not forget to boil the drink with sugar.
Useful tip: Do not use aluminum or other metal non-enameled crockery, otherwise the organic acids will react with the metal and the juice instead of a useful drink will turn into poison.
