Ingredients

Bowl cake with banana & chocolate

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Honey liquid to taste
  • 3 tbsp Oat milk with almond
  • 4 tbsp Tender oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Whole milk chunks (baking chocolate)

miscellaneous

  • 1 High rim bowl
  • Rapeseed oil for greasing to taste

Decoration

  • 0,25 Banana
  • 1 Pair Whole milk chunks

Instructions

  • Take a banana and peel it, break it into pieces and mash it with a fork. Then transfer to a tall container. Then add the egg, honey and oat milk with almond. Mix / stir everything together well.
  • Place the oatmeal, baking powder and whole milk chunks in an extra bowl and mix. Then stir everything together. Now take a bowl with a high rim and grease it with rapeseed oil. Pour the stirred mixture into the greased bowl.
  • Now you put the whole thing in a microwave. Bake at 750 watt for about 2 minutes. If the dough is liquid in the middle, then pour in again for 30 seconds and bake. I don't have 750 watts in my microwave, but 800 watts and let it bake for about 4 minutes. (possibly make a wooden stick sample)
  • Take a dessert plate and top it with the bowl cake. Now decorate the whole thing with a few whole milk chunks and a few banana slices. The whole thing can be served warm or lukewarm.

  • It is a completely different breakfast and what else you eat 🙂 thought it was very tasty and will certainly be served again. You can use this recipe as a basis and vary it easily. You can replace it with nuts, dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, plums, apricots, etc.) - or simply swap the banana for a fruit compote. Imagination without limits!
