Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Blueberry fresh
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 400 g Double cream cheese
  • 1 packet Custard powder

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the blueberries and drain them on kitchen paper. Eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt frothy. Mix the quark and cream cheese, stir in the pudding powder. Fold in the sugar and egg mixture.
  • Fill the quark mass alternately with the blueberries in a well-greased loaf pan 34x8x15 sprinkled with breadcrumbs and smooth it out. Bake the oven at 175 degrees for 1.5 hours.
  • Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down on a wire rack. Carefully fall out of the mold and arrange on a platter. whipped cream tastes good with it.
  • I made the cake according to these indications. Very good taste, but I would cover it for the last 15 minutes.
