Ingredients
- 1 old Baquette
- 6 Eggs
- 100 g Grated Gouda
- 100 g Grated mozzarella
- 100 g Grated Edam
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 3 Shallots
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the baquette into slices and place in a baking dish.
- Peel shallots and chop finely. Mix the eggs in a bowl, add all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the bread and let it steep for at least 3 hours. The longer the better.
