Ingredients
 

  • 1 old Baquette
  • 6 Eggs
  • 100 g Grated Gouda
  • 100 g Grated mozzarella
  • 100 g Grated Edam
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 3 Shallots
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the baquette into slices and place in a baking dish.
  • Peel shallots and chop finely. Mix the eggs in a bowl, add all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the bread and let it steep for at least 3 hours. The longer the better.
  • Baked in the oven at 200 ° until golden yellow.
