Bread & Rolls: Another Type of Bread
The perfect bread & rolls: another type of bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 20 g Fresh yeast
- 150 ml Lukewarm water
- 100 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- *******************************
- 300 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 tbsp Bread spice
- 10 g Natural sole – salt
- 60 g Sunflower seeds
- 1 Shot* Sunflower oil
- 1 shot Date cider vinegar
- 200 ml Lukewarm water
My pre-dough … the first 3 ingredients
- Dissolve the yeast in the water, whisk well, then add the flour and stir, let the dough stand for about 1 hour, I had baked another bread during that time.

- Weigh the other ingredients, mix everything into a dough and cover and let rise for about 45 minutes.
then…
- Stir the dough again and put it in an oiled tin, brush with water and cook at 180 degrees, the oven was preheated, bake for a good 45 minutes … there is always a bowl of water at the bottom of the oven. Brush the bread with water every now and then.

- Let the bread cool on a wire rack …
- * 1 shot = about 4 tablespoons
