Ingredients
- 0,5 dice Yeast
- 300 ml Lukewarm water
- 300 g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 2 tbsp My vegetable broth *
- 2 handful Pumpkin seeds
- 2 handful Bread spice
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- Oil for mold
Instructions
- Pour the lukewarm water into a bowl, crumble the yeast and dissolve while stirring.
- Add the other ingredients and mix well together.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for 1 hour.
- Then stir the dough briefly and put it in an oiled mold - here my snowman from Tupper - and bake it in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes.
