Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 dice Yeast
  • 300 ml Lukewarm water
  • 300 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • 2 handful Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 handful Bread spice
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • Oil for mold

Instructions
 

  • Pour the lukewarm water into a bowl, crumble the yeast and dissolve while stirring.
  • Add the other ingredients and mix well together.
  • Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Then stir the dough briefly and put it in an oiled mold - here my snowman from Tupper - and bake it in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes.
