Ingredients

  • 0,5 dice Yeast
  • 150 ml Water
  • 100 g Spelt flour
  • ***************
  • 100 g Spelt flour
  • 200 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 tsp Bread spice
  • 1 handful Sunflower seeds
  • 1 handful Pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp Mandarin vinegar or similar
  • 8 g Natural sole - salt
  • 200 ml Lukewarm water

Instructions

  • I still had half a cube of yeast left ... so get on ... Dissolve the yeast in the water and stir in the spelled flour, then cover the bowl and let it rest for about 1 hour.
  • I briefly hit the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in the blender beforehand.
  • Then gradually add the other dry ingredients, then the oil and vinegar and only then add the water, stir everything well and cover the dough and let it rise for about 45 minutes ...
  • 4 .... stir the dough again well, brush the silicone mold with oil and put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees at 180 degrees for about 45 to 60 minutes (comes on the baking mold you are using, because this snowman shape is not like that high and thus the bread cooks faster)
  • Let the bread cool on a rack.
  • My vegan Lebervurst tastes good with it .... here in my cookbook - Vegan: Lebervurst - I have 3 of the Rz in the cookbook ....
