Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 200 g Whole wheat flour
  • 5 tsp Bread spice mix
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 packet Natural sourdough, liquid
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 300 ml Water warm

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour and put it in a food processor, let the yeast rise briefly in a little water with sugar and honey until bubbles appear. Now add all the ingredients to the flour and knead well until a firm dough is formed.
  • Cover the dough in a warm place for half an hour (I had it in the oven at 50C °), then knead again. Put in a mold and cover again for half an hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 C ° and bake the bread for 15 minutes, then lower it to 180 C ° and bake for another 45 minutes, then brush with water and let it cool on a wire rack.
