Ingredients
- 300 g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 200 g Whole wheat flour
- 5 tsp Bread spice mix
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 packet Natural sourdough, liquid
- 1 packet Yeast
- 300 ml Water warm
Instructions
- Mix the flour and put it in a food processor, let the yeast rise briefly in a little water with sugar and honey until bubbles appear. Now add all the ingredients to the flour and knead well until a firm dough is formed.
- Cover the dough in a warm place for half an hour (I had it in the oven at 50C °), then knead again. Put in a mold and cover again for half an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220 C ° and bake the bread for 15 minutes, then lower it to 180 C ° and bake for another 45 minutes, then brush with water and let it cool on a wire rack.
