Bread with Toasted Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Roasted sunflower seeds
  • 400 g Flour 405
  • 150 g Flour 1050
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Garlic oil
  • 2 tsp Dry malt coffee - Caro
  • 300 ml Lukewarm water
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Roast the sunflower seeds fat-free in a coated pan and let them cool.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in the lukewarm water and add to the other ingredients and knead vigorously.
  • Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Then knead again and place in a proofing basket or shape into a loaf of bread. Now let go for another 90 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 °. Put the bread in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
  • If you want, you can coat the bread with coffee or malt halfway through the cooking time, this gives it a shine and a beautiful color
