Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pc. Fruit
  • 0,33 cups Skyr
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Hearty oat flakes
  • 0,5 hand Walnuts

Instructions

sauce

  • Put about 1/3 500g cup of Skyr (or yoghurt) in a sufficiently large bowl and stir with 1 teaspoon of honey. Then fold in 2 heaped tablespoons of oat flakes and 3-5 walnut halves.

fruit

  • The fruit can be selected very flexibly depending on the season. I always put in a small apple or half a large one, the rest is variable: 1 plum, apricot, kiwi, 1/2 persimmon, peach, tangerine, 1/2 pear, a few berries or 1 piece of rhubarb, whatever it is the tastiest to get hold of.
  • Chop up coarsely, fold in and let taste! Big gourmets can also sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of crispy muesli on top 🙂
