Ingredients

  • 4 Pcs. Free Range Eggs (Crushed)
  • Bacon in slices to taste (smoked)
  • 1 pole Spring onion

Instructions

  • Set up the pan, let it get hot, leave the sliced pork belly (smoked) in it until it is nice and crispy. Then take it out and put it aside. Whisk the eggs in a blender, pour them into the hot pan, let them harden a little. Turn off the platter and turn the pieces with a silicone scraper to keep it fluffy, spread the crispy bacon over it and spread the spring onion cut into fine rings over it. You don't need salt, because the bacon has enough, if you want you can of course sprinkle some ground pepper on it.
  • With a great piece of bread, the day can begin.
