Ingredients
- 4 large Cooked potatoes
- 250 g Ground beef
- 1 Fresh broccoli
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 bottle Rama Cremefine for cooking
- 200 ml Milk
- 200 g Processed cheese
- 2,5 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- Salt and pepper
- Chili powder
- Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 100 g Grated Gouda
Instructions
- Peel and slice the potatoes and spread them in a baking dish.
- Cook the broccoli florets in salted water for about 5 minutes and then spread them over the potatoes.
- Fry the minced meat in oil and add onions. Add the garlic and season everything with salt, pepper, chilli powder and rosemary. Put the minced meat in the baking dish.
- Heat the milk, Rama Cremfine and the processed cheese in a saucepan, stir in the vegetable stock. Spread the mixture over the other ingredients in the baking dish. Sprinkle everything with Gouda.
- Put the casserole in the oven at 180 ° top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
