- 100 g Pasta penne
- 250 g Fresh broccoli
- 30 g Fresh ginger
- 1 Red Fresh hot peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 50 g Walnut kernels
- 1 tbsp Walnut oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Divide the broccoli into small stems …. wash and cook in plenty of salted lemon water for 4-6 minutes …. quench with ice-cold water, drain and set aside …. cook pasta in plenty of salted water until firm, Drain and set aside.
