Ingredients
- 700 g 1 kg broken asparagus / peeled
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Sting Butter
- 1 piece Lemon
- 100 g Hollandaise sauce casual
- 2 tbsp Chive rolls
- 100 g Sliced smoked salmon
- 2 piece Strawberries
- 2 piece Basil tips
Instructions
- Clean / peel the asparagus fragments, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) with sugar (1 teaspoon), butter (1 stick) and lemon (1 piece) for about 7 - 9 minutes until al dente and remove. Cut the chives into small rolls. Warm up the hollandaise sauce slightly and mix with the chives rolls (2 tbsp). Serve broken asparagus with hollandaise sauce and smoked salmon, each garnished with a strawberry and a basil tip.
