Brownies with cocoa: recipe and step-by-step instructions
This brownie recipe also works well with cocoa. The result is deliciously juicy.
- You need three eggs, 200 grams of sugar, 150 grams of butter, 200 grams of flour, half a packet of baking powder, 100 grams of baking cocoa, and three tablespoons of nuts of your choice (e.g. walnuts), and 80 ml of milk.
- First, preheat the oven. The brownies need a temperature of 180 degrees with top and bottom heat.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy and then add the butter.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, cocoa, and nuts.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix well. Then stir in the milk.
- Then pour the finished batter into a greased brownie pan or small baking sheet. Place them in the oven for about twenty minutes.
- After the baking time, use a skewer to check if the brownies are done. Pierce the center of the dough with a wooden skewer. If there are no dough residues when you pull them out, the brownies are baked through.
- Take the brownie cake out of the mold and let it cool down a bit. Then cut into rectangles or squares just before serving.
