Brussels Sprout Gratin

The perfect brussels sprout gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 1 grilled Chicken breast
  • 4 Discs Breakfast bacon
  • 100 g Grated Cheese 125
  • 125 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes red
  • 20 g Butter
  1. Brush an ovenproof dish with butter; Dice the grilled chicken breast and add to it; Spread the frozen Brussels sprouts on top.
  2. Cut the breakfast bacon into coarse strips and spread over the florets. Mix the grated cheese with the créme fraiche and egg and season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Splot the mixture on the Brussels sprouts, add a few more flakes of butter and the halved cherry tomatoes and bake the gratin in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. I served rosemary potatoes with it.
