Ingredients
- 1 Kg Cauliflower
- 2 Red Peppers
- 200 g Meatloaf
- 1 Onion
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Tetra Sieved tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Dried oregano
- Dried marjoram
- Nutmeg
- Oil
Instructions
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water until they are firm to the bite.
- Peel and dice the onion, clean and dice the peppers, dice the tomatoes and sauté everything in oil.
- Cut the liver cheese into cubes and place in the vegetable pan with the tomatoes, season everything with salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, marjoram and nutmeg and simmer gently for about 5 minutes
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan, bring to a simmer and serve.
