Brussels Sprouts Smoked Pork Stew with Spaetzle

- 800 g Kasseler
- 1 kg Brussels sprouts
- 500 g Spaetzle
- 2 piece Stock cubes rich in fat
- Put about 3 liters of water in a saucepan and add the stock cubes.
- Cut the smoked pork into small cubes and add to the saucepan and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add the Brussels sprouts and simmer for another 10 minutes
- Finally add the spaetzle and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
