Brussels Sprouts Smoked Pork Stew with Spaetzle

The perfect brussels sprouts smoked pork stew with spaetzle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Kasseler
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 500 g Spaetzle
  • 2 piece Stock cubes rich in fat
  1. Put about 3 liters of water in a saucepan and add the stock cubes.
  2. Cut the smoked pork into small cubes and add to the saucepan and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts and simmer for another 10 minutes
  4. Finally add the spaetzle and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
