- Pustite da se vok zagrije i na vrućem margarinu preznojite luk.
- Kupus iseći i u masnoću prvo staviti deblje bele delove, posuti solju, biberom i paprikom i pržiti. Zatim dodajte ostatak kupusa i sve zajedno prodinstajte. Kineski kupus je veoma vodenast i zato kupus slabo porumeni, bolji je sa belim kupusom 😉
