- 100 g Kocke slanine
- 2 Svježi mladi luk
- 1 gomilu Asparagus green
- 4 Veličina jaja M
- 4 Telly cherry biber
- 4 Svježe narendani muškatni oraščić
- Svježe seckani vlasac

- Clean the spring onions, cut into rings and rinse. Cut the lower third of the asparagus and cut the rest into thin slices, wash.
- Heat a large pan and fry the bacon cubes in it, then add the spring onions and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the asparagus and fry again for 3 minutes.
- Beat the eggs and add one after the other to the asparagus, stir a little and season with pepper and nutmeg! SALT IS NOT NORMALLY NECESSARY BECAUSE OF BACON!
- Then fry for about 10 minutes on a low heat and turn carefully every now and then! Sprinkle with chives and serve! 🙂
