Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins

The perfect buttermilk blueberry muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 60 g Soft butter
  • 60 g Whole cane sugar
  • 170 g Spelled flour type 630 or wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 1 Msp Food atron
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 60 ml Buttermilk
  • 10 g Teffpops optional
  • 0,5 tsp Cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, respectively
  • 125 g Blueberries
  1. Whisk the liquid ingredients well. Mix the dry ingredients and stir in briefly. Finally, carefully fold in the blueberries. Spread the dough over 6 muffin molds and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
