Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins

- 1 Pc. Egg
- 60 g Soft butter
- 60 g Whole cane sugar
- 170 g Spelled flour type 630 or wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 1 Msp Food atron
- 1 pinch Salt
- 60 ml Buttermilk
- 10 g Teffpops optional
- 0,5 tsp Cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, respectively
- 125 g Blueberries
- Whisk the liquid ingredients well. Mix the dry ingredients and stir in briefly. Finally, carefully fold in the blueberries. Spread the dough over 6 muffin molds and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
