Buttermilk White Bread

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 70 g Butter
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat the breast milk and dissolve the yeast with the sugar in it.
  • Put all other ingredients in a bowl and add the buttermilk yeast. Work all of them into a smooth dough and let rise for 45 minutes.
  • After leaving, divide into 6-8 pieces and grind round. Line a loaf pan with baking paper, place the yeast particles side by side in the pan and let rise for another 45 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 170 °.
  • Before the bread goes into the oven, brush with buttermilk. Bake for 45 minutes.
  • After baking, take it out of the pan and wrap it in a kitchen towel, let it cool down.
