Ingredients
For the sliced meat:
- Beef roulades approx. 500 g cut into fine strips
- 1 Pebrot vermell tallat a tires
- 1 Ceba tallada a rodanxes
- 250 ml Sopa de carn
- 100 ml Vi negre sec
- 2 cda Pasta de tomàquet
- 1 culleradeta Hungarian goulash cream, spicy
For the herb rice:
- 1 copa Arròs
- 1 copa Caldo de verdures
- 1 Small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 culleradeta Herbs of Provence or a mixture of herbs
instruccions
- Sear the beef. Add the onion, tomato paste, goulash cream and sauté. Then add the peppers and sauté for about five minutes. Deglaze with wine, let stand briefly and pour in broth. Simmer the sliced meat gently for about 45 minutes until the meat is tender and thicken with a little tomato paste if necessary.
- In the meantime, sauté the onions and rice in a little vegetable oil until the rice turns golden. Gradually pour in the broth and simmer gently until the rice is soft.
