Ingredients
- Patates
- 1 Pc Cogombre
- 1 talla mitjana Ceba
- Sal i pebre
- Brou de verdures secs casolans
- Herbes
- 3 cda Oli d’albercoc
- 4 petit Fried herring from the fish shop

Patates
- I like to cook potatoes a little more, so I can eat them for 1-2 days 🙂 So potatoes in salted water, I like to add a little caraway, to cook. Peel and place on the table to serve.
amanida de cogombre
- Peel the cucumber and slice it into thin slices, add salt and pepper, I like to use homemade, dried vegetable broth, Peel the onion and slice it into thin slices, add the apricot oil, mix everything well and let it steep. Wash the herbs, I had dill and parsley here, chop them up and add them to the cucumber slices.
Servei
- Arrange the potatoes, the cucumber salad and the fried herring (only one here) on the plate and enjoy your meal
- Note: During the week my food is often kept quite simple.
- Tip 5: the cucumber salad can also be refined with yogurt or cream, depending on your taste.
