Ingredients
- 1 litre Llet
- 250 gr Sèmola de blat tou
- 5 cda Sugar
- 1 Pr Sal
- Sucre de canyella
- 1 vidre Cireres
- 1 paquet Glaçat de pastís vermell
- 1 cda Mantega
instruccions
- Bring the milk to the boil with salt and butter. Remove from the hotplate and stir in the semolina. Simmer on a low level until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions and stir in the cherries, pour over the semolina.
