Ingredients
La salsa
- 1 litre Salt water to boil
- 2 Discos Smoked belly (diced)
- 5 Llesques petites Ham (diced)
- 1 petit Escalunya tallada a daus
- 1 Cullerada Oli per fregir
- 200 Mililitres Cream (or cooking cream)
- Pols de pebre vermell
- 1 culleradeta. Cornstarch (some water to stir off)
instruccions
- Cook the pasta as instructed. During this time, dice the shallot, dice the bacon and let it melt in a saucepan, then add the ham, add the shallot, deglaze with cream, thicken briefly with the starch. Season to taste with paprika powder. If salt is missing, it can be added. You can also stir in herbs.
