Ingredients
- 125 g Qimiq Classic Natural
- 40 g Buttermilk
- 30 g Lime juice
- 30 g Cachaca / sugar cane brandy
- 40 g Sugar
- 50 g Whipped cream
Instructions
- Mix room warm qimiq in a tall mixing bowl until smooth until no lumps can be felt - place the mixing bowl on the scales and weigh in all the other ingredients - mix everything well - finally add the whipped cream
- for about 1 hour. place in the freezer (depends on the size of the molds, mine were very small) - if everything is firm enough you can push the caipirinha cream out of the molds - the mass should be firm but not frozen through! decorate the plate with mint leaves and lime slices and zest
