Ingredients
Dough (enough for a tray)
- 200 g Quark
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 50 ml Sunflower oil
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Tartar baking powder
- 300 g Whole wheat flour
- Vanilla flavor
Covering
- 5 large Apples
- Sugar
- Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and make a dough, I let my food processor do it, if it is too sticky add a little flour or if too firm then add a little oil.
- Roughly roll out the dough on a baking sheet (I didn't pick it up, no edge was pulled up) and plane the peeled apples onto the dough. Then sprinkle a lot of cinnamon and sugar over it and bake the cake at 180 degrees hot air.
- I can't say the exact time, I noticed it on the edge of the cake, it was nice and light brown, so ready 😉
- With the whole wheat flour a heavy base BUT very tasty and since we can't even manage a tray on our own, I even baked the cake again the next day, it's great! and tastes like freshly baked 😉
