Ingredients

Dough (enough for a tray)

  • 200 g Quark
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 50 ml Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 300 g Whole wheat flour
  • Vanilla flavor

Covering

  • 5 large Apples
  • Sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and make a dough, I let my food processor do it, if it is too sticky add a little flour or if too firm then add a little oil.
  • Roughly roll out the dough on a baking sheet (I didn't pick it up, no edge was pulled up) and plane the peeled apples onto the dough. Then sprinkle a lot of cinnamon and sugar over it and bake the cake at 180 degrees hot air.
  • I can't say the exact time, I noticed it on the edge of the cake, it was nice and light brown, so ready 😉
  • With the whole wheat flour a heavy base BUT very tasty and since we can't even manage a tray on our own, I even baked the cake again the next day, it's great! and tastes like freshly baked 😉
