- 25 g Ground almonds
- 25 g Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Sour cherries from the glass
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan oven
- Mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg until creamy. Stir in the flour, salt and 25 grams of almonds mixed with baking powder. The dough should be crumbly.
- Line a springform pan with baking paper and fill 2/3 of the dough, press firmly and push the edge up a little.
- Drain the cherries in a colander and spread them on the dough. Sprinkle 25 gr. Almonds over the cherries and cover loosely with the rest of the batter.
- Bake the cake at 170 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Take out of the oven, let rest a little, open the springform pan and let the cake cool.
