Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Margarine
  • 130 g Sugar
  • 20 g Vanilla sugar
  • Self made
  • 1 Egg
  • 350 g Flour
  • 25 g Ground almonds
  • 25 g Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Sour cherries from the glass

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan oven
  • Mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg until creamy. Stir in the flour, salt and 25 grams of almonds mixed with baking powder. The dough should be crumbly.
  • Line a springform pan with baking paper and fill 2/3 of the dough, press firmly and push the edge up a little.
  • Drain the cherries in a colander and spread them on the dough. Sprinkle 25 gr. Almonds over the cherries and cover loosely with the rest of the batter.
  • Bake the cake at 170 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Take out of the oven, let rest a little, open the springform pan and let the cake cool.
