Ingredients
Dough:
- 300 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 130 g Butter
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Covering:
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 200 g Chopped almonds
- 7 tbsp Apricot jam
- 4 tbsp Water
- 150 g Butter
Instructions
- Stir the dough together, place on a baking tray and spread the jam. Melt the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and water, add the nuts to the boil and distribute everything on the dough and bake for 45 minutes at 175 ° C.
