Ingredients
 

  • 2 Eggs from the Hühnenrhof
  • 1 sip of Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Whole wheat flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • Leftover fruit (cherries)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients into a dough and stir in the leftover fruit, in which case I had cherries left over.
  • Brush the silicone muffin tin with oil and pour in the batter by spoonfuls. Then bake the whole thing at 180 degrees with hot air for about 30 minutes.
  • Then let it cool down, remove the muffins and just enjoy ...
  • 4 .... with a cup of coffee or an ice cream 😉
