Ingredients
- 2 Eggs from the Hühnenrhof
- 1 sip of Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Whole wheat flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- Leftover fruit (cherries)
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients into a dough and stir in the leftover fruit, in which case I had cherries left over.
- Brush the silicone muffin tin with oil and pour in the batter by spoonfuls. Then bake the whole thing at 180 degrees with hot air for about 30 minutes.
- Then let it cool down, remove the muffins and just enjoy ...
- 4 .... with a cup of coffee or an ice cream 😉
