Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Cream hard candies e.g. Werther's
  • 50 g Unsalted peanuts
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 0,25 Vanilla pod
  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 35 g Food starch

Instructions
 

  • Put sweets in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 8.
  • Add peanuts, chop 3 sec / speed 6 and transfer.
  • Put the sugar and vanilla pod into the mixing bowl and pulverize for 20 sec / speed 10.
  • Add the butter and salt, stir for 2 mins / speed 4 and push down with the spatula.
  • Add egg whites and stir for 1 min / speed 3.
  • Add flour, cornstarch and vanilla pudding powder and stir for 1 min / speed 3.
  • Pour the dough into a plastic bag, cut off one corner to make a hole 1 cm in diameter. Spray rings with an approx. 1 cm hole in the middle onto baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  • Put 1 teaspoon each of the caramel and peanut mixture in the center of the rings.
  • Bake baking trays one after the other in the preheated oven and allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the baking paper.
  • Baking temperature: 200 ° C Baking time: 8-10 minutes
