Ingredients
- 150 g Cream hard candies e.g. Werther's
- 50 g Unsalted peanuts
- 200 g Sugar
- 0,25 Vanilla pod
- 150 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 Egg Whites
- 200 g Flour
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 35 g Food starch
Instructions
- Put sweets in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 8.
- Add peanuts, chop 3 sec / speed 6 and transfer.
- Put the sugar and vanilla pod into the mixing bowl and pulverize for 20 sec / speed 10.
- Add the butter and salt, stir for 2 mins / speed 4 and push down with the spatula.
- Add egg whites and stir for 1 min / speed 3.
- Add flour, cornstarch and vanilla pudding powder and stir for 1 min / speed 3.
- Pour the dough into a plastic bag, cut off one corner to make a hole 1 cm in diameter. Spray rings with an approx. 1 cm hole in the middle onto baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- Put 1 teaspoon each of the caramel and peanut mixture in the center of the rings.
- Bake baking trays one after the other in the preheated oven and allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the baking paper.
