Caramelized Date – Balsamic – Onions

The perfect caramelized date – balsamic – onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Cut onions
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Cane sugar
  • 4 tbsp Date balm
  1. Put the sunflower oil in a pan and heat it, add the onions and stew them until translucent, stir in the sugar and toss for a few minutes. Now add the date cider vinegar and reduce the whole thing … the moisture should escape well.
  2. If you like, you can also season everything with salt & pepper …. it depends on what you eat it for …. you must have a lot of ideas.
