Instructions
- Put the sunflower oil in a pan and heat it, add the onions and stew them until translucent, stir in the sugar and toss for a few minutes. Now add the date cider vinegar and reduce the whole thing ... the moisture should escape well.
- If you like, you can also season everything with salt & pepper .... it depends on what you eat it for .... you must have a lot of ideas.
