  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 150 g Margarine / butter
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 50 g White chocolate
  • 100 g According to walnuts
  • 100 g According to cashew nuts
  • 6 Pc. Egg Whites


  • Beat the 6 egg whites until stiff. Slice the chocolate and grind the nuts as far as they are not ground. Mix all ingredients and then fold in the egg white.
  • At 170 degrees upper lower heat for about 30-40 minutes. Mega delicious and super juicy.
