Chanterelle Pan

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Fresh chanterelles
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 20 g Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Fresh, very finely chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • First clean the chanterelles with a soft brush and cut off the darkened stem ends. Halve large mushrooms
  • Peel the onion and cut into small rings. Heat the oil together with the butter in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
  • Now add the chanterelles and raise the temperature. Bake at high temperature for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Finally, season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, stir in the parsley and fry for another five minutes.
  • Tip 5: The chanterelle pan is best served with potatoes. But they are also ideal as an accompaniment to meat dishes.
