Ingredients
- 500 g Fresh chanterelles
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 20 g Butter
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Fresh, very finely chopped parsley
Instructions
- First clean the chanterelles with a soft brush and cut off the darkened stem ends. Halve large mushrooms
- Peel the onion and cut into small rings. Heat the oil together with the butter in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Now add the chanterelles and raise the temperature. Bake at high temperature for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Finally, season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, stir in the parsley and fry for another five minutes.
- Tip 5: The chanterelle pan is best served with potatoes. But they are also ideal as an accompaniment to meat dishes.
