Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Cheddar cheese
  • 780 g Milk
  • 35 g Butter
  • 35 g Wheat flour
  • 4 g Salt
  • 4 g Pepper White
  • 4 g Cayenne powder

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and stir until smooth. Pour in milk in sips, stirring constantly with a whisk so that no lumps can form. After all the milk is in the pot, add the previously roughly crumbled cheddar cheese. Stir constantly, bring to the boil until a bond has formed. Season with a little pepper and cayenne powder, salt.
  • Good for cheese macaroni or tortilla chips as a dip.
