Ingredients

  • 500 g Blueberries
  • 500 g Gouda cheese
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 0,5 Pc. Juice of half a lemon
  • 0,5 Pc. Onion
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • A dAsh of creAm, too

Instructions

  • Wash the blueberries and cut the Gouda cheese into small cubes. I once had blueberries from the Lüneburg Heath, they were particularly aromatic.
  • Pour 250 g yogurt into a large bowl and add plenty of pepper. Then add the juice of half a lemon. Mix the mixture with a pinch of salt and sugar. Then add the chopped onions and 500 g of diced Gouda cheese and stir well again. If the amount is too thick / firm for you, just add some yogurt, milk or cream.
  • Finally add fresh blueberries and stir gently. When I'm really hungry, I treat myself to a piece of fresh baguette; thanks to the cheese, the dish is also wonderfully satisfying without it. Have fun copying !! 🙂
